The rules that govern your use of Siraty, including the auto apply feature.
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Siraty is an online platform that helps you build a resume, write a cover letter, check how well your resume passes applicant tracking systems, find job posts, and apply to them. By creating an account or using Siraty in any way, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy, which is part of them. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use Siraty.
You may use Siraty only if you are at least sixteen years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must use your own identity and your own real information. Creating an account for someone else, or building a resume that describes a person who is not you, is not allowed unless that person asked you to and knows about it.
You need an account to use most of Siraty. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account.
Siraty works on plans. Every plan carries a set of features, and most features are limited by credits that are spent when you use them. The plans, their prices, and their credits are shown on the plans page before you pay.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Because the credits of a plan are made available to you immediately, a paid period that has already started is not refundable, unless the law requires it or unless a technical failure on our side prevented you from using what you paid for. If that happens, contact us and we will make it right.
Everything you write into Siraty stays yours. Your resumes, your cover letters, your uploaded files, and your photo belong to you, and we claim no ownership over them. You give us permission to store and process this content only to run the features you ask for, such as saving your work, rendering a template, producing a PDF, running an ATS check, and sending an application when you switch auto apply on. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You confirm that the content you add is true and that you have the right to use it.
Several Siraty features use artificial intelligence, such as reading an uploaded resume, enhancing a field, optimizing a resume for a job description, extracting keywords, and writing a cover letter. These features are here to help you write, not to replace your judgement.
The job posts on Siraty are gathered from public sources such as public channels and public job websites, then organized so you can filter them. We are not the employer, we are not a recruitment agency, and we are not a party to anything between you and an employer.
Auto apply is an optional feature that sends job applications from your own email address. It stays switched off until you connect your email account and turn it on. By turning it on, you agree to the following.
Connecting your Google account is what makes auto apply possible. Siraty asks for the smallest set of permissions the feature needs, which is permission to send email on your behalf, your email address, and your basic profile. Siraty never reads, searches, changes, or deletes any message in your mailbox.
Use Siraty lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to do any of the following.
Siraty, its name, its logo, its designs, its resume templates, its texts, and its software are owned by Siraty and are protected by intellectual property law. Downloading a resume you built gives you full rights over that document only, and gives you no right over the template, the design system, or the software behind it.
We work to keep Siraty available and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, updates, a provider failure, or something outside our control can stop the service for a while. We may add features, change them, or remove them as the product grows. When a change materially reduces something you paid for, we will tell you and offer a fair solution.
You may delete your account at any time from the account page in your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that harms other users, or that puts the service at risk. When we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Siraty is provided as it is and as it becomes available, without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure against every risk, that an ATS score reflects the system a particular employer uses, that a job post is genuine, or that using Siraty will lead to an interview or a job offer. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Siraty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, for lost profits, for lost opportunities, for a job you did not get, or for any loss of data caused by something outside our control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid to Siraty in the three months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that we cannot settle amicably will be decided by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We may update these terms as Siraty grows or as the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the last update. When a change is significant, we will tell you inside the service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Siraty after that means you accept the updated terms.
For any question about these terms, reach us through the contact page on this website and we will reply.
