Terms of Use

The rules for using Siraty, in plain language.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Siraty, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Siraty require a paid subscription. Prices and included features are shown on the subscription page before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Siraty only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, copy or resell the service, or use it to create misleading or fraudulent documents.

5. Your content

The information you add to your resumes belongs to you. By using the service you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide Siraty's features, such as rendering templates and running ATS checks.

6. Our content

Siraty's templates, designs, logo, and software are owned by Siraty and protected by intellectual property laws. Downloading a resume you created gives you full rights to that document, not to the underlying templates or software.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Siraty is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the service reliable and our ATS analysis accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any resume will result in a job offer or pass every screening system.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continuing to use Siraty after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
